Intuitive Reflexology

Professional reflexology services, dedicated to relieving stress, improving circulation and calming the mind. By using therapeutic pressure to stimulate reflex points on the feet and hands, the result becomes restoring balance and well-being.

What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is the study of reflexes. It is an ancient, traditional, and holistic therapy that uses the feet and/or hands as a means to addressing the body as a whole. Our feet tell stories! Stories about the state our bodies are in, physically, emotionally and mentally. Think of the foot as having an invisible map on them - there a points (reflexes) that correlate to every aspect our the body; all organs, glands, systems and areas. This therapy is non-invasive, and can be enjoyed by all. The body has the ability to heal itself, and reflexology helps to bring back balance to the body. For each person, the application and the effect of the therapy is unique.
What do I mean by Intuitive Reflexology?
In my practice, I use my training but also rely heavily on working with my intuition. I let it guide my hands. My approach is gentle, calm, and empathetic. My goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where clients can relax, recharge and reconnect with their inner selves. I truly believe in the power of reflexology to promote physical, mental, spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
My Story

I come from a long line of reflexologists! My mom was one, and her father before her. Growing up I got to witness the power of healing touch. I have been practicing since receiving my certification in 2015, and have been honored with all the stories my clients (and their feet) have shared, and the growth and healing I have been witness to.

Frequently Asked Questions...

Does reflexology hurt?
In general the experience is meant to be relaxing, but sometimes certain areas may be tender or sensitive. Pressure is used on the feet to work the reflexes; if you are ever uncomfortable or in pain, speak up!
How will I feel after
the session?
Everyone is different, and your body is unique to you. Some people feel light and wonderful, others may feel a bit under the weather - this is totally normal. Drink water to flush out toxins and perhaps give yourself time after your session to rest.
How often should I book?
This is completely up to you! It is recommended when you are first starting out to book a few sessions closer together, but as a general rule of thumb, once a month for maintenance is great too. You know what works for you better than anyone else.
