THE LIMINAL SPACE JOURNAL

honest, messy & real thoughts from a fellow human

ABOUT THIS SPACE

Liminal means the in-between - the threshold space where one version of life has ended, but the next hasn’t fully taken shape yet. It’s the space of becoming, of not quite knowing, of being suspended between what was and what’s emerging.

I chose this name because it reflects so much of my lived experience - especially moving through and beyond cancer. There is a before, there was the treatment, and now there is this… in-between. A place where identity shifts, meaning is questioned, and life is felt more deeply in ways that are hard to put into neat words.

This space is where I’ll be sharing raw, honest, unfiltered thoughts - not as a therapist, but as a fellow human moving through life, change, healing, grief, meaning, and everything in between.

My intention is simply to share what feels real. To offer reflections that might land for someone else, spark something, soften something, or open up a conversation. If it encourages, inspires, or makes someone feel less alone in their own in-between - that matters.

This isn’t polished advice or clinical insight. It’s lived experience. Messy thoughts. Quiet truths. Real moments, as they are.
